Booked the room with my wife for 2 nights and had a such great stay. The best thing was how nice and amiable the staff were. It had marvellous location around 4-6 minutes walk from Zoo World.

Upon arrival, I found it frustrating that the room wasn't cleaned until hours later despite checking in after 3 PM. I sent multiple emails and calls, but it seemed like I was just waiting without any real assistance. The communal kitchen was poorly stocked, lacking basic essentials like more utensils and a stovetop to cook. It made meal prep a bit difficult. I encountered a moldy coffee maker in my room, which wasn't cleaned until I pointed it out, and there were no apologies. While the location is great, the service really dampened my experience.

Perfect location for a short stay

I stayed for 2 nights in a cozy, clean room. The best part? It's super close to shops and food options! The kitchenette was handy for breakfast, but a few more utensils would've been nice. The AC was a lifesaver, especially after a day out. A bit noisy outside at night, though.

I truly enjoyed the incredible room with an amazing bed, coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area, and ironing facilities.
